All of the Alaska Tech Support remote support sessions use full encryption. Encryption is based on 1024bit RSA private/public key exchange and 256 Bit AES every session encoding. The current standard is used in security levels such as https/SSL and is considered to be utterly safe by today's standards. This unique technology (key exchange) guarantees that the data exchange is limited strictly from client to client and that no routers or servers in between are unable to read or store the data stream.
